Forget the light.

Designed to reduce pressure on lids and lashes (fit varies).

Flat foam lies on the eye. Ours stands off it. A face-worn kit for the cabin and the day-sleep — not a panel for the glass.

The cups

An air gap. That is the whole idea.

Each cup is molded so the lining parks around the orbit, not on the globe. The strap does the holding. Light at the nose is a cut saddle, not a tighter squeeze.

It will not treat insomnia. It will keep cabin light, and the morning after a night rota, off the eyes.

Flat foam

Sits on the lashes. Presses the lid. Leaks at the bridge. Fine for a drawer. Poor for a six-hour flight.

Oblio cups

Stand off the eye. Strap, not foam, keeps them still. Pouch in the cabin pocket when you are done.

Two kits.

Same mask. Rest Kit adds earplugs. Free standard shipping from £35.

Travel

Wear it. Fold it. Pouch it. No clips on the glass, no suction cups, no arguing with a hotel roller. The job is the face.

Shift

Day-sleep after nights is often a light problem at the eyes. Cover those. If the window still needs a panel, that is another maker.

Materials & specs

Trust the list. Not a star rating we invented.

Cup form
3D molded pair. Each cup vaults over the eye, designed to reduce pressure on lids and lashes (fit varies).
Nose
Cut saddle to close the usual light gap without pinching the bridge.
Strap
Adjustable, split at the back. The strap holds; the cups do not crush.
Pouch
Soft-sided, cabin-pocket size. Mask in; Rest Kit earplugs in with it.
Earplugs
Silicone, reusable — Rest Kit only. Not sold on their own yet.
Lining & foam
Soft-touch lining over a compression-molded shell. Final foam density is locked on the first production sample; we will not invent a denier or a lab certificate.
Origin
Sold by Zabala Ltd, Ireland. Face-worn kit. Not a window panel.

Returns

14 days to send an unused kit back under the EU distance-selling rules that also cover UK consumers buying from us. A manufacturing fault: we replace the piece. Shipping & returns.

  • Not a treatment for insomnia or any sleep disorder.
  • Not a window blind, room panel, or glass covering. That is a different shop. This sits on the face.
  • Not an airline amenity. We have no carrier deals.
  • No customer quotes on this site. None have been collected.

Questions

What is different from a flat foam mask?

A flat mask lies on the eyelid and often on the lashes. Light still finds the nose. Oblio uses 3D molded cups so the lining stands off the eye. The remarkable bit is that air gap — not a new ritual, not a darker bedroom.

How do the cups sit?

Each cup is a shallow molded shell with a soft rim. It parks around the orbit. The strap keeps the pair still. That is blackout on the face. It is not a claim about the room.

What is the difference between the two kits?

The Mask Kit (O1) is £34.99: cups, strap, pouch. The Rest Kit (O2) is £39.99 and adds reusable silicone earplugs. Same mask. Earplugs are not sold alone yet.

Who is this for?

People who travel, or who sleep after a night shift, and need the eyes covered — cabin LEDs, a hotel corridor, a bright morning. If the job is covering a window, that is a different product from a different shop. Oblio does not sell blinds.

Will this treat insomnia?

No. It can keep light off the eyes. It is not a medical device. We do not treat insomnia, circadian disorders, or anything else.

What about shipping?

We fulfil from Ireland to the EU and the UK. Standard shipping is free from £35, so the Rest Kit qualifies. The Mask Kit is £34.99 — shipping is added, or you take the Rest Kit.

Can I send it back?

Yes. Fourteen days for an unused kit, as distance-selling law requires. If a cup or strap fails in ordinary use, we replace that piece. No invented lifetime warranty.
