Where we send

Addresses in the European Union and the United Kingdom. We will not take paid orders for other countries until we can quote transit without guessing.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free from £35. The Rest Kit at £39.99 qualifies. The Mask Kit at £34.99 does not — shipping is added, or you take the Rest Kit. That is the threshold, not a countdown clock.

VAT and the UK

Irish VAT handling for EU orders will sit on the invoice. UK orders may still show import VAT or a carrier fee; we will print the actual treatment on the payment link before the first charge. This paragraph is not a customs ruling.

Dispatch

First production run first. We will put a working dispatch window on this page when we have one. Until then, do not plan around a date we have not written.

Returns

14 days to send an unused kit back under the EU distance-selling rules that also cover UK consumers buying from us. A manufacturing fault: we replace the piece.

Send it unused, with the pouch, to the Irish address on the dispatch note. We refund the kit price. Outbound shipping on a Mask Kit that did not qualify for free ship is not refunded unless the piece was faulty.

What we do not ship

• Window blinds, room panels, or anything that hangs on glass. Oblio is a face-worn mask. That other trade is a different shop.
• A medical device. This is a comfort kit for the eyes.
